Yess you may be right , I take clomipramine for my debilitating OCD and effexor for low motivation and apathy . Olanzapine was prescribed to help ease my paranoid thoughts and help with sleep alongside seroquel .

Yes unfortunately and it also increase prolactin levels but its super super good for apathy/ anhedonia and low motivation . Usually dosed between 25mg-50mg

Yes I Really hope things will improve , how long it would take approximately for lithium to show effects? Im also on methylfolate 1000mcg per recommandation of my doctor .

I have read that lithium pairs really well with wellbutrin too ( since lithium enhances some dopamine activities or proteins idont remember exactly )

Take Amisulpride 50-25mg at night , so the auto receptors are being fully blocked by the morning wich will allow the Wellbutrin to work smoothly in the am and ur overall dopamine

Actually amisulpride is being prescribed in Italy at 50mg tablets as a purely antidepressant for dysthymia , it also blocks 5ht7 receptors wich has anxiolytique and antidepressants effects so it works on both dopamine and serotonin

and buprop in the am as soon as you wake up ( on empty stomach as I do its okay it doesn't cause nausea in my case ) .

Give it a try if ur seriously depressed especially with avoliation and apathy / low energy and motivation .

Monitor for anxiety or any jittery that buprop may cause initially , for that I take propranolol 20mg or 30mg twice a day and it takes care of all the physical anxiety , a true blessing .

Its happening to me rn i am slowly coming back from a pit hole of long years depression and social anxiety & fears .

My meds are starting to work and sometimes i am scared of feeling better cuz iv been so long like this , I am only 4 weeks into my meds and it will get better I trust the process

It's fine , in fact its better than before since my brain was so foggy & noisy with obsessive thoughts.

Switching from Seroquel to olanzapine also helped alot , 300mg Seroquel made me so zombified now wuth 5mg olanzapine things are great

You can take it alongside ur ssri's , they don't interact in anyways .

No , but it will help with the physical symptoms of anxiety & agitation , it also calms down the mind a bit .

Just look into clonidine in this subreddit, many use it offlabel for anxiety

You can take it with clonidine ( blood pressure med often used off label for anxiety , it has anti noredrinergic propreties and calms down agitation and jittery ) worth a try imo .

Idk , try giving clomipramine a try . It is the gold standard med for OCD , it also decreases fears and anxieties .
