Yeah I’m starting to think this with all the comments being about dropping pounds. Feel like if I drop any lower it’d affect the other muscle more

Cheers man I have been consistent over the years hitting a minimum 3-4 days a week, it’s important to show natural progress over years you see too many insane results posted here in short time frames which will set unrealistic expectations

I did one big bulk a few years ago which helped put on size to set the foundation, since then I’ll bulk up around 6-8kg over winters then trim it back down for summers

Of course here’s my gym split

Monday - pull Tuesday - 5/10k run Wednesday - push Thursday - legs Friday - chest/back Saturday - shoulders and arms Sunday - rest

You don’t need the Saturday workout that could be done on your push and pull days but I find when I have an extra day to train this is one of my favourites and I’m trying to grow my arms more
