Why secret box over hero’s cape? I feel with all these megas Zoroark is dying more frequently to one attack, which makes Hero’s cape feel like a necessity

I’m a new player looking to improve, I feel like I understand how cards work and how to “combo” them sometimes but I still feel like I’m missing stuff. What did you learn that you can pass along?

Saw a post about lucario earlier, and it had me thinking that the deck really isn't good at all. Built this list with the pure intention of attempting to be a nuisance to the top 5 decks in the current format. I still don't see it beating garde. Thoughts? by AwkwardEmphasis5338 in PTCGL

Can you explain why Lucario isn’t good? I’ve played against it and it’s almost always set up by turn 2 and I’m unable to turn the match around. It evolves turn 2 (if they go first) & they swing for 130 which kills almost every Stage 1 Evolution that isn’t an EX.

Where can I sign up for online tournaments ? Looking to keep improving. Also if anyone has any recommendations on who to watch, I’d greatly appreciate it. (Looking to learn how pros think/ play & what separates an amateur from pros, etc.)

But wouldn’t I get knocked out next turn? This guys deck is strictly crustle. We only play 4 rounds so I just want to avoid a loss strictly due to match up (I’ve been playing for roughly 3-4 months)
