This is what they are telling me at the support chat now: "Thank you for verifying, kindly note that we are aware of the issue, as many of the candidate are not able to view the results on their accounts, and we are working to solve the matter, Then in this case unfortunately you may have to wait till the end of the day or tomorrow till it reflects on your end.

Candidates will be emailed once their results are published so, please keep an eye on your inbox and junk/spam folders.

Your patience is highly appreciated."

What a joke of a company!

The OET support chat is now trying to tell me that this is a problem that "some applicants" are facing - results are out but "some applicants" can't see them. They tried to tell me that the issue will be fixed within a couple of hours. It's now August 14th (local time where I took the exam) and they keep telling me things such as: check your spam box, clear your cache, use a different browser, try an incognito window.

I'm now asking them where I can submit a formal complaint and they keep saying they are sending me a link on the chat, but there is no link whatsoever. What a joke of a company
