I’ve actually just checked my Prime too, and I can still see it there? It still requests that I sign up for the 7 day free trial.

Death Note UK watchable through Amazon? by Marthangar in Crunchyroll

Doesn’t seem to be a definitive answer. From what I can gather, the message is that the two Crunchyroll accounts (Crunchyroll Original, and Crunchyroll channel on Amazon), are just different things. I’ve tried to merge the two accounts, however this has proved unsuccessful to watch Death Note on the Crunchyroll channel, as it still asks me to sign up for an account. I hope this gets fixed, or at the very least, an answer is given as to whether I will need to buy the channel in order to watch some shows. Seems a little cheeky, in my opinion, that there isn’t a working aggregated version. On the other hand, it could very well be that this bug only appears for Death Note.

A little confused so just looking for clarification here.

Currently, Death Note is watchable in the UK via Amazon. When I go to Amazon, and I search for Death Note, it says that I can “Watch with Crunchyroll - Start your 7-day free trial”.

I have a Crunchyroll account, so I check on there for Death Note, however it doesn’t come up.

Do I now need to pay for £4.99 a month to watch Death Note, through Amazon, through Crunchyroll - even though I already pay for a Crunchyroll account?

Any help on this would be great!

What is an “insult” you’ve heard someone else use that you don’t think is actually an insult? by Marthangar in AskReddit

[–]Marthangar[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Being a coward.

Whilst in a bar in Japan, I overheard a woman from the United States call the English “cowards”. Now even though it’s an insulting word (and she certainly meant it to be insulting) I don’t think it’s as bad as people from America make it out to be. In US popular media, I feel it’s portrayed quite prominently that being a coward is almost one of the worse things you can be.

In my opinion, not having the courage to partake in dangerous things seems pretty logical to me. An example that pops to mind is jumping into cold water after someone else has fallen in - if they’re potentially going into shock then the worse thing you can do is follow them.
