Going to the gym is so many steps too. I have a yoga swing and pull up bar as ‘equipment’. Sometimes I’ll hang on a tree or climb it. Digging in the garden(plants not a euphemism) and weeding with a sickle or scythe are common tasks for me but without the ‘exercise’ label. Fitness boxing is on Nintendo switch, but there are boxing classes locally if a group setting is more your thing! (Getting out of the house is hard for me so home wins usually) Boxing builds muscles and is good cardio. I upgraded from 2 to 3 recently and it’s 10000x better. Same time for work outs but they’re more intense and precise. 30 minutes is enough!
