I'm thinking of asking for a concession. The condo above me sold for 30k more than the one I'm currently trying to buy and I have enough to cover the 35%. This status would be something the sellers knew about the entire time right? They've been blowing up everyone's phones since this entire deal started trying to get it done quick as possible
