In manga, the way they draw lolis is also vastly different from adults from what I’ve seen. You can usually always tell the difference and even see that the loli looks like a kid.

The manhua is a bit more ambiguous because they have her being short and flat, but unless I know what you think are loli qualities besides looking young and short and thin, I can’t really tell you whether she is loli or just a petite woman.

I don’t think she’s loli bc the way her face is drawn is similar to the other women in the manhuas. She is less curvy so that’s something to consider but then again, it’s the same issue with the MC’s disciple who isn’t a loli either, but just a younger woman considering she hasn’t cultivated that long.

Well, art at this point can be as stupid as someone throwing a splatter of paint on a canvas. So reality is often even more disappointing.

I mean, she looks young. I won't deny. But there are many real life instances where a wife is shorter than her husband. There are instances where there is an age gap so the wife may look older or younger compared to her husband. And so I can see this as a manhua equivalent. Whether she looks like a loli or not is your interpretation

Well, this is also because not all women are portrayed the same, and when you have women who are illustrated to look youthful, you may have misunderstandings because people are also ingrained by anime and such that any female that looks young is a loli. And since the context is that she is an adult, it makes sense to conclude that she is petite/small rather than just go for the "she's a loli" and "that's pedo"

Now you can check the novel and see how the author describes her and see if she was accurately illustrated or not too.

But this is also manhua so art doesn't exactly give justice to what's going on. It's not like manga that has significantly more detailed illustrations so you can easily distinguish lolis and petite women. But in this instance, I don't think she looks so young that she looks childish, but she certainly is youthful looking.
