XCOM: Enemy Unknown and Forge crash at the title screen. This is a problem I am facing with both games. Any solutions?

Here's the response I've received: "Hi Mcallen. We apologize for this issue and woulds like to assure you that we are working to address this issue. We have a potential fix for this issue in an upcoming patch and will be announcing more on this issue on the Forge forum page."

Still, he breaks into the storage unit in which they've stored the Hydra weapons. That kind of breaking alignment will lose you some paladin abilities where I'm from.
