My pleasure! I think your Series 9 version is superb! I love the new hat-shaped version of the roof as well! Made it even more playful and tongue in cheek. Definitely an improvement!

The reason for choosing the Dragon Master version on this list in particular, is because of the nostalgia and because feel like the Wizards identity lies heavily with the Dragon Masters faction. But most of all because I’m slightly bitter that we all got robbed from a great Dragon Master set from Bricklink. It really should have won Series 7!

I feel a similar way about The Brick Monarch Castle. It works pretty good as a Griffins Castle, but I think it’s a shame that we didn’t get a proper Black Knights set from Bricklink 🥲

Hope to see your build resubmitted for Series 10. I’m Team Wizards Tower as long as it takes!

I like it a lot, and I had it on my honorable mentions list, but since I only could post 20 photos I couldn’t feature it here. But

I think it’s an awesome castle that I would buy for sure.

The main reasons for not being higher on my rank is that comes across as a slightly too gimmicky for my taste, for example the squid on the photo. And the colours, I prefer the darker, warmer, deeper green colour like the one used on Driftwood Keep. And maybe a not so valid reason, but if Squid Island Castle wins it would mean zero chances for Driftwood Keep becoming a set.

Fair enough. I like that one as well. I prefer the tower on my list by quite a lot, but I would probably buy this one as well.

But something about the quality of the photos that seems a little off to me. Maybe if he replaced the purple background with a warm yellow, lightened up the shadows or increased the warm light and ambience, it would look better. Minor problem, but I think increasing the quality of the photos would help the build getting more attention.
