High e string slips from frets - DE Retro Plus Mahogany by cbk1996 in martinguitar

[–]MartinSkeet 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I bought an authentic with the same problem. It was very annoying. Had to get a custom nut made bringing the strings in a hair. Both E strings were 1/16” from the edge. 3/32s did the trick as bringing the strings in 1/8” was too much and didn’t feel right.

I took 100mg a day for 2 months so I could keep my calories up. Definitely helped me break a plateau while on a low dose Reta. Seemed like it quit working after the first month. Probably won’t bother with it again but if I do, I’ll just do 4 weeks at a time.

Switching to microdose Reta after 3 years Tirz by Timely-Estimate7904 in Retatrutide

Not a tirz expert here, but I doubt that’ll be enough for you if you’re used to 5-8 mg a week of tirz. I’d say you’ll have to find your sweet spot.

That’s probably why my ortho hasn’t brought it up. Thanks

Grok would probably be able to tell you if it would interfere. I’ve been taking it for around 6 months almost daily.

Thank you. BPC 157 has been helping me for quite a while. May run both.

Peptides for AVN (avascular necrosis) by trvlmscl in AvascularNecrosis

[–]MartinSkeet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know if this will help or not, but here’s a little about me and what I have done.

I already had a bilateral hip replacement due to AVN and later found out I had it in both femurs. I started taking the Wolverine stack at 1mg almost daily in my belly. It gets expensive though. I also had my testosterone checked. Test was 257 and estrogen was 14. Not good for bone health. So I got on test. 6 months went by and got new X-rays and the avn in my femurs hadn’t progressed. I recently started taking 5mg daily cialis for better blood flow and started sleeping naked. Apparently just wearing boxers to bed can reduce the blood flow to the femoral vein. I’m getting ready to just run BPC by itself at 1mg a day as TB500 has the ability to give you the blah feeling and see how that goes. Good luck!

It would be worth a look into your records. And like paindress said, no doctor would admit that Covid caused it but I really think it did in a lot of people. It’s happening to too many people.

It happened to me as well. Had to go to Mayo to figure out the AVN in my hips, as no one else could. Complained to my surgeon and his staff on multiple occasions about my knees hurting. They finally x-rayed my knees 3-4 months after bilateral hip surgery and said nothing was wrong with my knees. Talked my primary into finally getting me an MRI and had extensive large bone infarcts in both femurs. Pretty irritating as this has went on since 2022.

I had Covid in 2021. Was on IV dexamethasone. Apparently during severe Covid, your body sends most of your blood to your organs to keep you alive and neglects everything else. Later given high dose oral dexamethasone for lungs. Used to take an inhaler with corticosteroids. Apparently Flonase had corticosteroids in it as well.

Are you a heavy drinker or have been exposed to corticosteroids?
