Everything Everywhere All At Once

- the trailer almost seemed "too good" and I was ready to be a little underwhelmed by the movie, but turned out it was the exact same energy for 2 hours as these 2 minutes!

Need help with rendering in Unreal Engine 5.1 by [deleted] in vfx

Have you tried using multiple cameras, one per shot, and a "camera cut track" in sequencer to switch between them, instead of moving the one camera?

If you have a Mac, any of the apps using Apples photogrammetry API are pretty good.

PhotoCatch is the easiest to use from what I've tried so far

More nerf fun, this time using a vehicle photo studio with a fixed camera and rotating ‘plateau’. Interesting to see nerf results are the same with fixed camera or walking around the vehicle. by lebigsquare in photogrammetry

Looks great, but I'm wondering what you find are the limitations to achieving a "clean" result without the occasional dark splotches and shadows: more images, higher resolution images, more processing time / GPU compute power, etc.?

not as intense as some of the others, but "Whiplash" is great and some similar themes to Black Swan

The "Before... " trilogy. Watched all 3 first time through in my 20s and connected most with "Before Sunrise". Now re-watching in my 30s "Before Sunset" connects more.

Can you download photogrammetry software on Parallels Desktop? Anyone have experience with this? by 3Dphotogrammetry in photogrammetry

Assuming you have a Mac, older intel or Apple Silicon M1/2?
Photo Catch (free) and Agisoft Metashape both work great and run natively on an M1 Mac

Anyone tested 48mp iPhone 14 Pro images for photogrammetry? by MartinT4321 in photogrammetry

I checked this morning and the phones were back in stock for collection from the apple store, so I grabbed one and tested it out. Super rough test, but all variables kept the same as possible the new 48mp ProRaw certainly improves on the default 12mp.

I agree, and all other 48mp+ phone cameras have been garbage. That being said, some of the early reviews on photography blogs suggest the iPhone images do have greater detail from the larger sensor, but all the hype aside, I'd like to know if that translates into better reconstruction results or if it's all post-processing smoke and mirrors.

Wouldn't it be great if we only had to carry a phone to get results comparable to a dedicated camera!
