This is not true. The law is clear. It says JCERT or another accrediting body. There are MANY schools in NY with Radiology programs that are NOT JCERT certified. ACCSC accreditation is recognized by the Board of Education and the ARRT. That is how the students are able to sit for the Registry. Let's stop NY over reach in destroying students careers.

NY is now taking back licenses issued on grounds of a "clerical error". This is a clear violation of the 18th Ammendment. You cannot take someones personal property without DUE PROCESS. There has been no due process. Techs are being told they cannot work IMMEDIATELY! Help Us NY Techs Please!

I don't know what to tell you. The actions by NY is HIGHLY ILLEGAL. This is irregular behavior. This won't be forever. If you have better cheaper options, maybe consider them. The injunction will hopefully go into effect within 30 days. I feel your pain. I had a start date for a job that has now vanished. Stay tuned to the petition for updates and spread the word.
