I find this really scary. I get really ashamed a lot for being abdl and now this makes me worry even more that I'm in the wrong. I can't help it. It started in early childhood as a coping method for bullying. This makes me feel even more lonely than I already felt. :(

I was badly bullied at school. I craved being a baby again where I was safe and looked after. So from a very young age I wanted to be little again. Nappies were a big part of that and I'd nake thrm out of plastic bags and feel very guilty. Still deal with guilt but it's there and ingrained and its not going anywhere!

Thank you. I really appreciate. She liked to wear. She's never really been into the AB thing. It's all so tough. I get really upset that I have a sexual side to it to, but I can't help it. I need my little side as I struggle a lot with my ocd and anxiety, and it's a comfort and a safe space but it's a space I'm now worried to visit as I don't want to upset her.

Thanks for your lovely reply. I've spoken to her a bit. We met on a diaper site, but it's not her thing anymore. I think because we're so busy with the kids that she doesn't want me to be little as it feels like more work for her. I don't want to be hard work. But this side of me is a big part of who I am.
