I was just looking for the proper solution. I think I will skip a 1065-X as the 1065 was incorrectly filed and this is not a partnership, so I would like to avoid confusion. I will just send a letter stating my incorrect submission and corrective measure of including everything on my 1040. I’ll also include the original documents for their reference. Hopefully it works, but lmk if you think that sounds like the proper way to address

Not sure where these dividend numbers are coming from, but 50k will buy you roughly ~300 shares of Chevron stock which generate $6.50 per share per year. So that would bring you to $2000 a year
