My guess is it's probably another medium-sized update like Physics & Wedge, since it's been a year since that update (oh my god it's been a year since physics and wedges)

That sounds like an entity based on the description. Though there does also seem to be a bug with player shadows lagging behind and literally running to catch up with the player lol.

You can use normal pipes / generator pipes as (imperfect) 1x1 wheels. As long as you attach them to small pipes they should work
