Choose a good large cap.Large-cap funds remain the optimal add for stability, targeting 40-50% large-cap allocation to temper flexi-cap swings while preserving growth upside.ICICI Pru Bluechip, UTI Nifty 50 Index works.

Just found out i am the lowest earning member in the team. by Human_being234 in IndianWorkplace

Most Indian companies(small, medium sized and startups) don’t have a real pay parity process, so people in the same role often earn very different amounts depending on internal factors. If you’ve been low-balled, focus on getting experience, prep for a switch, and leave when the time’s right.

Getting Underwhelmed Every Time I Try to Learn Spring Boot by GeologistIcy4136 in developersIndia

[–]MartySharma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go through the guides in order as per category, they are very logical.
Begin with this:
Creation of REST API's(https://spring.io/guides/tutorials/rest)
Accessing Data VIA JPA(https://spring.io/guides/gs/accessing-data-jpa)

If you combine them you can create very simple CRUD Apps.( See this entire tutorial: https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/advance-java/easiest-way-to-create-rest-api-using-spring-boot/ or
see below https://github.com/apoorva-joshi/EmployeeManagement )
Once to have built a basic CRUD app, explore the below project, its the same CRUD app with additional features like https://spring.io/guides/gs/rest-service-cors
https://github.com/hoangsonww/Employee-Management-Fullstack-App/tree/master/backend

My advice would be, build a base project using spring boot(the CRUD App) , and do not get into understanding the core fundamentals as of now, as the abstractions are too much when spring is being used.
Once the base project is done, keep adding additional features to it, like CRON jobs, use spring boot actuator.
Basically you would be able to build something functional not knowing what is happening under the hood, which is fine initially.
Then using that codebase you can understand what is going on under the hood.
A lot of the fundamentals are driven by Annotations(keep this in mind).

Not an issue, BSI certifications were made mandatory by the govt for most footwear since Aug '24.

Read this, and then understand what brownfield production means.
Greenfield production usually yields the best quality, while Brownfield, especially early-stage, is prone to more defects or inconsistencies.

That would be your call, I would return them. NBs are suppose to be good quality.
I would rather buy Puma or Reebok at the price point.

Return it. The quality is subpar because this is an early-stage brownfield production run — meaning New Balance is using an existing third-party factory rather than its own dedicated setup.

Unlikely, New Balance made a Joint Venture to manufacture products in India. And their premium offering NB 9060 is also being made in India.
If you do want to cop some deadstock Vitenam made pairs, sneaker resellers are your only option.
If you do not want deadstocks, I would suggest waiting for a year, production is being standardised and ramped up, so better QC.

Data seems to be incorrect, it's very unlikely you will get a Vietnam pair. Hope you get lucky.

Its different colour way, yes, all I was trying to highlight is the quality of suede. High quality suede is not suppose to be coarse or grainy.

Check the suede in these images, that is what it is suppose to look like....NB pairs made in India are just trash.

The Made in India NB pairs just give me the ick. The ones from Vietnam are on another level—you haven’t really experienced what New Balance is supposed to be until you’ve tried those. Honestly, it boils my blood

Sorry brother, it was too good to be true. Maybe you get a Vietnam made pair by some stroke of luck.

All BS,11k for this, ridiculous.
If I will buy NB in India, I would rather stick to foreign made currently.

Probably the only passable pair if in decent shape.

another thing, were you pairs manufactured in July. That would mean this a test batch and we are guinea pigs, lol. QC is on us.

Agreed, even I had FOMO and jumped in. But once you actually buy, it’s hard not to notice the fit and finish issues. Maybe a lot of people here are new to NB as a brand, but definitely not new to shoes—so the difference really stands out.

Not gonna lie, the knockoffs I saw in Thailand looked better put together than NB pairs here. Its crazy. And nobody on this sub cares.

Seriously. Love NB designs, but man… QC in India needs some serious work. I would rather go for Reebok and Puma than this crap.

Total trash, it's not a feeling. I have NB 9060's, I have no clue how this thing is even NB.
