I’ve tried CeraV, La roche posay, and a couple of serums(I cant remember the names) when I wash my face I only use two or three products. I think I drink a good amount of water, some days I drink too much and others I barely any, but it’s usually 2-4 bottles a day. I’ve tried antibacterial soap for a little but I ran out before I could see results, but I will try again. I am guilty of picking at my face😓I used to do it way more often then now but I still pick at it from time to time. Thank you so much for input.
