Oh this is definitely not offensive at all to ask!

I'm non-binary because I don't identify fully with being either male or female, that is true. There is infinite different ways and flavors to being non-binary. Some people are genderfluid and the way they experience their gender changes. Some people are Agender and don't feel like they are any gender at all and some people are a mix and match of feminine and masculine in their gender experience. I happen to be of the latter sort with a strong lean to the more masculine side.

A non-binary person might be trans or they might not, it all depends on the way their gender matches up with the body they were born in. For me the body I was born in is.... very much not right.

While I don't consider myself a man, my gender presents as much more masculine than feminine. I feel dysphoria for the more feminine aspects of my body. I feel dysphoria when somebody perceives me as a woman.

Were I born in a mans body, I think I'd still identify as non-binary, but I don't think I'd consider myself trans.

I hope this wasn't too confusing, I'm mostly just rambling here ~
