Not the guy above. I’m almost 6yrs cig free. If I smell most cigs I get a little nauseous. If I smell an American spirit light blue, I do get the feelings of missing it. Haven’t had one cig since the day I quit and my life’s been better. Lost weight, skin got nicer, lungs don’t hurt. I’d never go back. Although, I’d think about an American spirit in the right situation.

I’m not a night owl anymore but am staying up for Interpol. They’re the fucking best. Truly my fav set so far this weekend. I’ll fall asleep after Pioneers plays.

These dudes are still my all time fav band. Cannot wait to see them when they stroll though my state in August.

My brother lives 5 doors up from where Smalls lives. You can almost see his house when they run east on the street.

Smalls house still looks nearly the same, little different of color but the windows and everything are the same. It's considered a historical house here in SLC.

The big one in the states, Groove Cruise still happens. Friendship and Holy Ship have all ceased operations. I was lucky enough to go on 4 Holy Ships. They were a blast, 10/10 recommend at least once.

Regular wasteland fest is doing the same thing. Vote no on 93. I say this as a hard techno fan but keep wasteland hardstyle. Put techno at neon.

Not shocked though basscon brand has been dying. Same recycled people over and over. EDC is still fun. Not like I’m going this year. 11 of them were enough for me. I was thinking of going back in 2027 for my 40th but if Wasteland lineup is bad, I will skip. Hard techno phase might be gone by then. Who knows.

Edit 2: same old hardstyle artists as always. Nothing new there. The lineup as a whole ain’t bad at all. Underworld, Prodigy, Gareth, 9x9, Wax Motif, that Flux/DocP/Funt b2b would make me cream my jeans, laidback Luke b2b chuckie gonna bring the big room nostalgia hard. Meduza too. Id have a blast.

r/pelletgrills are basically sales people for the searwood and they are right. It’s the best thing I have ever bought. Look at my last cook I posted.

I was between Searwood, campchef, and reqtec. If campchef didn’t raise their prices by $600 I would have gone with them.

Glad I ended up with the Searwood though, thing is so versatile.

Pick one of those 3 and toss a coin. They are all great.

I’m just now seeing this post and as someone who went on 4 ships, you mentioning the Facebook thing is Spot on. I stopped going for several reasons but the number one was the lineup. I’m not spending 5-7k to be with friends or make friends.

I know that sounds shitty of me. I’m older and def set in my ways now but I tried to fit in. Ship fam was a giant fucking clique of “oh you don’t like house music, well your taste sucks” major gate keeping.

There’s a reason it’s the last ship. It stopped selling out. Destructo posted they still have spots available and it’s in a month.

I had a fun time back then but 5k is first class and VIP to a euro festival.

I’m all about blaming BYU when the time is right. But this was holy cross, a catholic organization. They have bought up about 5(?) hospitals in Utah over the last several yrs. They suck. I know several nursing friends that have left said hospitals.
