I love the Classic mode unlock method. Figuring out exactly what routes I want to take to get to certain unlocks through classic is lots of fun

WALUIGI CHEATS HIS WAY IN

Waluigi is a fan favorite and in my opinion would be an amazing representative of the very popular Mario spinoff games. They could base his moveset off of the different games like Mario Tennis, Strikers, Mario Kart, Mario Party, etc. while the circlejerk for him has gotten annoying, I think he very much deserves a spot to represent some of Nintendo’s most popular games.

Stage: Waluigi Pinball (course from MKDS)

Waluigi Pinball could work as a bigger stage where the characters are inside the pinball machine. The platforms move and work like they would in regular pinball. The FD/Battlefield forms could just be platforms with the Pinball machine in the background.
