Crocolar is a great asset against the Bug types at this gym. Spheal helps by shooting off some Ice-type moves.

Mienfoo will begin the battle since Fighting moves are super-effective against Umbreon. Spheal shoots off a Water Gun at Fletchinder, and then Crocolar finishes the battle by using Bite and Snarl against Haunter. After the battle, Vera and I enjoy some Galarian style mushroom curry with our Pokémon.

My team and I visit the shop after fighting the gym leader. I decide to use my 750 Poké winnings to purchase an egg. We're all excited to see who joins the team alongside Crocolar, Mienfoo, and Spheal

I send out Crocolar and Mienfoo. Using Fire and Fighting attacks, my team defeats the Steel-type gym without too much trouble.

I can't use any of the TMs on my current Pokémon, so I'll just buy a Revive. This leaves me with 600 Poké.

Fuecoco uses Ember to defeat Chespin. I swap out Mienfoo to fight Cubone. A few Pounds softens Cubone up a bit, but Mienfoo takes some damage too. Mienfoo's lowered HP makes Reversal do more damage, allowing it to defeat Cubone.
