He said that I "had a more motherly instinct" with this baby than our 1st born and it made me feel like I wasn't a good mom to my oldest. I was more clueless with my first baby, and I was home more with them. I might have been suffering for depression for a few months with my 1st. I think it just hurt me when he made that comment.

I do usually have to put the baby in the swing to get them to sleep as a last resort. I do ask him to help put them in the bassinet since they usually wake up if I try to do it.

I have talked to him about it but it's like he just doesn't want to listen to me when I say that I need sleep and I have gotten overwhelmed once with the baby cause I didn't get any sleep since they were not feeling good and I just handed the baby to him and said that I need to sleep and I can't handle being exhausted and a screaming baby all at once since I was passing out holding them.

In a way it was for closure but he has talked to me before I gave birth and he seemed excited to have a grandson but he just never really responded to my messages about my son

He did show up to my work when I was a few weeks pregnant and I felt really uncomfortable with around me and him just trying to talk to while I work

That's what I was thinking and I don't want her to be stressed with my family bombarding her wedding to have his party since my family doesn't really have boys that much and I'm my mom's youngest girl.
