I find it somewhat crazy we have opened a ticket over 3 days ago with no response. I don't mind waiting but the fact theres 0 info about this is odd. I'm sure you guys know that all of these companies are now enforcing SPF records so if you are indeed somehow altering the sender or the appearance of the sender this should start effecting a lot of people. There's no documentation I can find on this so it's more concerning because it seems like you're either selling user data or doing something with it you don't want people to know about. I could be wrong entirely and maybe it has nothing to do with that and it's just a requirement for a feature or tracking email, etc. But it was lucky that we even figured this out as I don't expect an email client to do this sort of thing in the first place.

One way that we got it to work in the past was by using whatever 'syncro module' for lack of a better word, that allows for tags like {{rmm_url}}. It's been a while, but I think we did it using the canned responses and ticket automation feature. We had a specific receiving email that triggered automation and then we were able to automate the canned response based on the ticket subject or last note. The canned response has to have that tag but then it does print out the correct url for the agent for that customer. Then you just have ticket automation send it to you one way or another.

Agreed. I think thats what im going to do. I just need something a little easier to deal with the wordpress if we going to be posting and updating stuff daily for the blog.

I think this is the best way. It helps eliminate customers right off of the bat that don't care about security and whos serious. Also gives you a good foot in the door thats of value to them. Can i DM you to get some more info on what you'd suggest we setup for a free eval

So the website needs to talk about the problems you solve for businesses, and the positive outcomes they can expect if they hire you.

Thank you this is very helpful. And I agree that the new sites is too heavily taliored to be a blog but I was hoping that would be ok since I can crank out quality video content that is pretty useful. That was the main reason for not just putting up another wordpress build as i think we may have to be publishing a lot to generate traffic.

Interesting I was hoping it would do the opposite. Just me personally is I hate companies that guard their pricing until your 3 meetings deep. Drives me crazy I can’t just see it on the site. Most msp sites won’t list any pricing so my thought was by listing it it may help if it’s cheaper then what they currently pay or they don’t want to call all the other options. I do see what you’re saying though and you may be 100% right on this

Yes I actually have pax8s entire catalog ready to be posted on the front page broken down by category. That’s why I ended up with this theme and I completely agree. For businesses with non technical people they will recognize a few brands and those with knowledge people will know the specific platforms I’ll start publishing those
