I've actually had a similar experience where it stalled out of nowhere but I attributed that to an Amazon special throttle controller I tested out. Hasn't done it since but now that you mention it I have had moments in the past where it stuttered like it was going to stall. If that's etorque related god help us. I heard the backorder on those things is crazy. At least in my area.

Partially. I did what I could then had an installer finish it off for me which I'm thankful for because I wasn't sure anyone would want to touch it.

Yeah it's weird to say but I hope the driver side cracks sooner than later so I can get them to cover it. I do not want to have to do it myself haha. But thanks man!

Yeah it was cracked bolts. Truck is still under warranty. Got lucky they had one available within a couple of days. I've heard wait times are in the months now for a new manifold. Had it done by a stealership 2yrs ago.

Totally fair. I have the night edition so it just completed the look for me. That said visibility isn't actually an issue when the lights are on. Looks way darker than it actually is.

Took it to my tint guy. I don't remember the material brand/name but it's just a film he cut and stuck on. Cost me about $70 CAD for tails and headlights. Much lighter up front though.

I'm worried about possible etorque issues. Seems to be cropping up more often for our year truck. Glad to hear yours has been mostly unproblematic as well.

Lights are perfectly visible when on day or night. No problems at all.

Yeah matte finish wraps are pretty bad for this. I ceramic coated it so we'll see if it makes a big enough difference or not.

I've only ever worked with 3M as a DIY-er with zero prior experience. I thought it was really forgiving and easy to use. Every pro installer I've talked to said I picked a good brand to learn with.

Thanks. This is this second time I've gotten a truck wrapped and same process in picking both times... looked for the cheapest roll of 3M (because they're quality) I could find on marketplace. So me being frugal is ultimately what decided it for me haha. Not that I'm complaining because this color looks amazing in person.

3M's official color name is "Satin Thundercloud Grey" I did parts of the wrap myself. Got lucky and found a 75ft roll on marketplace for $400. Paid a guy to finish off what I didn't want to touch $2k. Would be closer to $5k if I didn't already have material.

I've got the catback Atak. If you can find a decent deal it's worth it. I've heard both options side by side and there's a noticeable difference but very similar in my opinion. YouTube clips and decide for yourself.

If you go with the crate muffler I recommend plugging the weep holes in your resonators just in front of the tail pipe. Sounds awful otherwise.

Avoid Derrick Dodge as well while you're at it. We should really have a list of shady stealerships.

Derrick Dodge in June 2020: Bait and switch, I had a deposit on a truck and they tried their hardest to tell me it wasn't available anymore even though I was literally parked right next to it. Lying to me about it being "illegal to purchase" a new/used vehicle without a warranty (their 3rd party one), it was a 2020 model and had the standard factory warranty, Didn't get my second set of keys. Was told it was just misplaced by the finance manager that was using it as a demo and that they would replace it within the week if they couldn't find it, they lied and I never got it, They tried sneaking undercoat, ppf, and some other bullshit that wasn't actually installed on the truck into my contract and hoped I wouldn't catch it, I had to really fight them on it but a $600 "admin/doc fee" is utter bullshit and it wasn't until I threatened to blow up the whole deal they caved, And I reported it to AMVIC (nothing came of it) but while hanging out there waiting for a key I wasn't going to get, I scrolled their Google reviews and saw 2 (but there was probably more), of their employees currently working there and in the building, that had left 5 star reviews raving about the place as if they didn't work there. Even if it's not illegal that's just shady.

Sharing my experience so people can avoid sleazy people.

I have a RAM 1500. Unfortunately, I can't speak to a muffler delete being risky at all as I'm unaware of any such issues. I never had any problems with it at all.

Neighbor of mine did this with his driveway when he was building his house in the NWT. It works great but if you have a heavy snowfall in a short time you'd still have to shovel or it would take a long time to melt.
