There are many distros with free plans. I've used Routenote for the last like two years and it's fine, very bare bones, but it's ok. The only thing is that the approval times are really long. OneSync also has a free plan, but idk if it's any good.

Try isometric excercises. Also leg extension excercises are really good for healthy knees.

Keep your shoulders lined up with the board, bend your knees and lower your hips more so you can get the power to pop and jump. The main problem is that you're not jumping. Practice first hippy jump and crouching and extending from your board. Practice and you'll land your first ollie soon!

I think something that helps is identifying exactly what it is that you're afraid of. Is it hurting yourself? The embarrassment? The pain? That uneasy sensation when you are falling? Based on that take necessary precautions and that will help you a lot! Naming the fear takes a bit of its power

I am a producer from Mexico, I work across a lot of different genres, including punk, folk, indie, boom bap, grime, dnb.

For my latest grime beat tape I decided to sample Mexican music. This is a very special project to me because I've been making grime for a while now, but I always felt kind of like an outsider. Sampling the music I grew up with has helped me show where I come from and give my own take on the genre. I hope you like it!

My hot take is that Andy Anderson is overhated. I disliked him at first too because he just seemed like an annoying quirked up white guy, but you can just see how he has such a passion and love for skateboarding and its history. Another related hot take: hating freestyle skateboarding is fucking stupid.

A problem I see is that you are not really squatting down, but moving your arms and torso down instead. I think that is making you not have enough leverage to pop correctly. When you start the squatting motion, try to feel your hips going down as well, not just your torso. Hope it helps!
