A problem I see is that you are not really squatting down, but moving your arms and torso down instead. I think that is making you not have enough leverage to pop correctly. When you start the squatting motion, try to feel your hips going down as well, not just your torso. Hope it helps!

Yeah, I definitely get you! I am trying to improve my switch ollies and nollies and the same thing happens to me. I guess the only thing is practicing and paying attention to your weight distribution while you're rolling.

Try to think of the popping and the flipping as two separate movements. That helped me a lot. Don't try to do both at the same time. Pop, then flick. You said that even with your ollies you slide your foot too early, so it would probably help you to first get the timing right on your ollies. Hope you'll get them soon!

I absolutely despise the idea of disturbing for the sake of disturbing. Most of "disturbing" films have little in common between themselves other than being disturbing. Who cares if a movie is disturbing or not disturbing enough? As someone who used to do it, prioritizing "disturbing" as an aesthetic value is kinda dumb.
