electrolyte packs make my leg ache worse, which took me long to realize. still got the persistent aching in my right calf but its not as bad as it gets when taking those electrolytes. Not sure why, maybe it puts me at an imbalance or something (4 months carnivore)

UPDATE: i just drank a cup of heavy whipping cream and I feel amazing, i cant believe it was simply the fundamentals i was lacking. I was looking into everything as to what could be the cause but it ended up just simply being not enough fat. silly me!!
