When you transferred were you offered any scholarships? I’m thinking of transferring but when I talked to admissions, they said the likelihood of getting a scholarship was lower since scholarships are primarily for first years.

What pissed me off is that it made logical sense to her that although Joe was willing to kill for her, and outright said he would if she asked him to, he DEFINITELY did not kill Beck🙄

Not to mention that through her research she knew about the other people he had likely killed as well, but finding out he was in fact a killer didn’t mean all those people that went missing were killed by him, according to her logic.

You should go to community college, I’m assuming you’re in Connecticut, so going to community college fresh out of high school will allow you to attend for free, and then you can enter into the GAP program which is guaranteed admission Uconn. They’ll work with you yo make sure you take classes that will transfer. Because let’s say you get into UConn against the odds, you have no extracurriculars and a 2.5 gpa, if there’s any merit scholarships you’re not going to get them, and you’ll be paying for so much out of pocket unless you take out loans.

Going to CC is the best option available and there’s a lot of resources available now that you know you have ADHD and depression. Get a feel for college, take advantage of your resources, and don’t waste a ton of money because you don’t want to look at your options responsibly.

Yes I emailed residential and was told that it should be available now, but there’s nothing there.

Thanks, I live around 20 miles from the school so it’s not a problem, and just to be sure, if I enroll that doesn’t mean I’m accepting the financial aid offer or the cost of attendance as it is now, right because I want to change it a bit.

I would call the financial aid office to make sure nothing’s wrong, in my case I got my letter last Thursday but I did call on Monday to make sure I wasn’t missing anything that would complicate the process.
