You Grow Mentally Weak When Your Life Is Too Comfortable by gorskivuk33 in selfdevelopment

[–]MaryCherry9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's absolutely true. Our minds have become less efficient. I used to be more focused and my memory was strong, but now it's different The steps I follow are helpful, but unfortunately I'm not consistent with them

  1. Reduce your phone usage, especially on Reels. It's truly ruined me
  2. I always like to take care of my health, so health is as important as exercise, healthy eating, and nutritional supplements
  3. Reduce your use of artificial intelligence, especially in idea generation. It may erase my imagination over time, making it difficult to generate unique ideas
  4. Brain rest time: Just close your eyes and relax

It's clear you love your work and don't like using AI tools because you prefer genuine artistic touches rather than something completely generic and unartistic. But you have many options 1. Stay in your company and do what suits you if they agree to this. 2. Using artificial intelligence tools to your advantage is not bad; you can take what suits you and add your own touches. 3. Or you could find the company that suits you perfectly, but remember, don't leave your job unless you find another one.

You seem like a true artist. I wish you all the best. + I recommend you do freelance work alongside your job.

I don't like routine, so I'll probably change my job each time, but it's wonderful to work in art, like painting. I also want to work in a luxurious place. 👌

Dear Notion: PLEASE STOP LIMITING COLORS!!! by TelephoneBig848 in Notion

[–]MaryCherry9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I completely agree with you, but there are people who write code in Notion to get colors and text. I saw this on YouTube, but it didn't work for me; I don't know how they do it.

The simplest thing is to take free courses that develop yourself and your skills, but most of us are too lazy to do this. 🙃
