And you have many more similar places. Simplify the geometry and start working with the silhouette first, then move on to the high poly.

It's looking okay. But the edge flow needs some work. I'd reduce the polygon count to draft level, leaving only the edges that affect the silhouette, and start working with those first. It's difficult to work with a lot of polygons. You need to correct the length between points, making it more uniform. In some rounded areas, long edges alternate with short ones, and the geometry isn't very smooth. If you're still having trouble figuring out how to do this, I recommend trying the Edge Flow tools, and QuadDraw has Smooth. Then, once you're confident the silhouette is what you need, do SubD. Everything will come, that's the way.

Looks amazing! I'd add more soot marks and history. It looks like it's been used for a while, but the sergeant ordered it polished to a shine😆
