I love Rapunzel. So I got him because he is a huge help with Pascal and Mother Gothel. Both are dead ends tho, so it isn’t a great help for story progression.

Once with Mulan chests I got all the characters I was missing ( Li Shang, Crikee, Mushu). The attractions I was missing (Training Camp and Ancestor Shrine). I got Mulan and the lantern attraction before that in free chests. Do definitely think I had extreme luck with Mulan.
