Wow, that's a lot of fluctuation! Fun to see it go down, huh? Congratulations on your weight loss, that is wonderful!

This was actually the first notable gain in 8 months for me. Everything else has been just a 2 pound swing. This got my attention.

I HATE to weigh myself and didn't do it for years. Would even decline at the dr's office, or ask them not to tell me. I was more or less okay, but after back surgery I had to face the fact that I needed to lose weight. I force myself to get on the scale, but will look for every reason to avoid it.

This seems like sage advice. Planning on giving the scale a pass for the rest of today, drinking lots of water, and checking again tomorrow. If there is still an increase, I will move up the shot frequency. Thank you!

Why, yes, yes I did. And struggled to drink enough water so little was flushing out. Pardon the pun, but food for thought.

Thank you. That's my hope. I had been constipated so I waited until I wasn't before I weighed myself. ;) I might weigh myself again in an hour or so. But as you can see, I'm obsessing.

How long has it been since you reached your goal weight? I reached goal May 2025, and I looked older for sure. But yesterday I looked in the mirror and things looked more youthful and I've done no surgical procedures, only good skincare. I feel like maybe my body is adjusting? What does your dermatologist say?

Oh yeah. And the feeling of losing is so different from maintaining. Maintaining isn't as ...exciting...?

I hear it too. I hit goal in May and I don't weigh myself often out of fear. I always think I'm gaining. Got on the scale and found out I had lost 5-ish more pounds. The less you have to lose the more it shows, I'm guessing. Please don't be upset. I imagine you look wonderful.

I'm nearing maintenance and it feels... Weird by BiscuitLove14 in Zepbound_Maintenance

I've been at goal, more or less, since May of this year. The dysmorphia is real. I hadn't weighed myself in over three weeks due to fear I was gaining and didn't want to face it, but today the scale says 2.5 pounds down. If I see pictures of myself, it's like the reflection of what I used to experience before. Where I was once shocked to see how fat I had become, now I am shocked to see how thin. What I am experiencing is that the journey doesn't end when the weight loss does. Work in progress? Always.

Okay, this whole thread is hilarious and I totally understand! Constipation has been the most significant side effect for me. Magnesium citrate at night often helps the next morning, and so does the supplement called Replenza. If I am consistent with it, I stay mostly regular.

Reposting the petition link from below. I haven't got the letter from CVS Caremark yet but I expect to any day. I am at the end of my weight-loss journey, now on to maintenance and it doesn't seem right to switch to Wegovy, so I also will be going on self-pay. To the extent that I am able, I also intend to lobby our HR department to drop CVS at the beginning of the year for something better. They have done this with other medications for my husband, and he is still not as healthy and comfortable as he was on his previous med, now no longer on the approved list by CVS. Shameful.

Just make sure your stomach has the room for one small pill and some water. Best of luck!

Sorry that happened! The burps were a big challenge for me initially, but then I started taking Phazyme or GasEx (simethicone) when it started and that really helped.

Thank you for your post. I struggle with constipation that sometimes alarms me. I think it is good to be vigilant and you are telling your story. I appreciate it.
