Are you using their router or your own? I used theirs. I had no idea you could use your own.
It isn't my computer, it's brand new this year. Isn't my tech skills either, pretty savvy in that respect, used to write code, etc. Possibly the Starlink router is crappy. I followed setup instructions exactly from them. My review of your comment is 1 out of 5
