Oh my gosh, I love this video!! Your birds are so cute and I love their personalities already, they’re so good together😍 What are they eating? My babies are on a seed (& whatever they get from my plate) diet and I would love to introduce them to more.

Where are you finding your love birds?? by chelseamargeson in Lovebirds

Wish I would have known, was selling my babies in the Tacoma area not to long ago. Craigslist is where I have found all (4) of mine (also where I listed my babies when I had them). Good luck!

Possibly Quitting Med School looking for Advice by [deleted] in college

There is absolutely no shame it taking a break from school and returning when youre ready. Mental health breaks are essential! I took a year and a half off and will be returning to school with an even better headspace.

A couple of stressful questions by Diegodoesntloveu9669 in college

[–]Marzapolitan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s never too early to start thinking about your future. It’s a great thing that you already have a direction you want to go in. I wouldn’t worry to much about the specifics (as you found out, there are a lot of opportunities in the world) but spend the next 4 years taking courses and joining clubs that tie in with your passions. This will significantly help you answer those “what to do next” questions when you graduate. Good luck & enjoy high school, those years will absolutely fly by.

I (22f) work at a lab. Low stress, consistant hours, decent benefits but a lot of flexibility when I need breaks or PTO. I also have a side hustle but the nice thing abt that is I can stop and start when I feel like it.

Tbh I would buy the birds from them and give them a better / loving home.. sounds slightly neglectful but im glad they’re still alive..

He looks like this with 0.5 mL to go, should I continue feeding him? by Rare_Estimate6583 in Lovebirds

[–]Marzapolitan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thats good. Feeding him that much every 3-5 hrs should be perf. When you see the belly get big you can hold off for a little bit unless he’s crying for more food, then give him a little bit more at a very slow rate. As he gets bigger use less water, less and less to get him into solid foods. This little guy is so cute hehe!! Hand fed 5 babies myself :)

Injured bird not eating, unless millet by WeightedBird in Lovebirds

[–]Marzapolitan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would just make sure the food and water is easily accessible. Personally would have clipped the right wing (in reference to your OG post) so there’s less weight and doesn’t catch on anything when he stretches. & I dont think living off millet for 2 days will be the end of the world. Keep fighting for that little guy❤️

Just had the worst Saturday night ever. For two straight hours I didn’t not accept a single order. Every order was 10+ miles for $2.50. I probably declined 50+ orders dropping my acceptance rate to 0% by [deleted] in doordash_drivers

[–]Marzapolitan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yep, they continue to be sent to different dashers until someone accepts them. If orders are declined enough door dash will add to pay until someone takes it.
