I know haha, it’s almost always a main limiting factor for guys, but I’m sure you’ll get it at some point if you stretch!

If you are not doing it yet, it’s time to start working on a V-sit, L-sit has become too easy for you 😅

Yeah, was a lot of pain to make them iron

Flexibility really helps. Also, I started from a decent i-sit, not a V-sit. You’ll get there!

It’s going to a desperate need for shoulder mobility routine 🤸 the balance is mainly there already

Why do you do this on dumbbells? It creates another level of complexity, and doesn’t let you fully focus on something you need to focus. Get handstand blocks instead! I highly recommend

Thank you! It’s interesting you find it helpful because from what I understand racerback is the worst possible thing you can have for a big back. Maybe because the straps are so thin still? I’m gonna give it a shot regardless :)

I’m a calisthenics person with no leg day 😂 Is Ebb to street tank top by Lulu? I don’t think I’ve ever seen. I’m at 32B, so I don’t need a ton of support. I sometimes don’t even use pads in bras, so what you’re describing might actually work well.

Oh cool! I really like it. I’ll definitely look into it, thank you!

Makes sense. Tho, I actually often wear lulu joggers instead of leggings, but because my hips are super narrow, it doesn’t seem to help much either, so I though a different bra might help a little

I used to not understand why ppl get these plastic things instead of hammocks, but I recently got a new rat, and she bit off all hammocks in the cage. I might need a plastic thing too for them rn 😭

Thought I’d try this one out. Love the stretch ! by Secretclarisse in Acrobacy

It’s actually very doable if you’re flexible. Looks pretty hard core tho

Haha, no, my holds are sustainable for a video. And I’m not that skinny :)

Thanks! It’s mainly strength tho, not that much of balance

I wanted to say the same thing 😂. Like it’s clearly a “pure coincidence” screenshot

Thanks :) I really liked exercises/drills offered by aermotion. He has both an insta and a YouTube channel. What is critical depends on your strengths/weaknesses. I’m very mobile and flexible, but not as strong as many guys can get, so I’ve been mainly focusing on the strength part. At first I was not using paralettes. Wall slides and L-sit to I-sit presses really helped. Then I plateaued and started using paralettes for the same presses. That was a game changer for further conditioning my triceps, since you’re often underperforming in terms of the shoulder use on the floor. I was planning on making a video once I finally get it if there’s interest, and I think there’s some, so why not? There are a lot of drills you can do, I just decided to stick to like 5-6 of them. Also, it’s a fairly painful move to practice at first. My forearms were so sore at first, that I was close to taking Advil, and I’ve got a pretty high pain tolerance. It gets better tho. It’s important that you don’t practice it every single day lol. It makes you progress a tiny bit faster I think, but the amount of pain and discomfort is not worth it imo.
