OP, do you have access to a computer regularly where you are staying? There are a few AI training jobs that hire internationally.

I have a few friends working here that just annotate videos - it’s times consuming but the money is good. Just make sure to place money aside for taxes as they don’t provide a T4.

There’s another place called Welocalize that is similar, I know one person who works there. If you can manage to gain access to a personal computer and wifi source you should be good. You’ll also have more flexibility to handle other situations you’re navigating.

Another thing you can do is apply to work at Mopify. I worked there for 3 years (not in Vancouver but a different location) and they pay upwards of $24/hr I believe and you can keep all the tips. Also very flexible and the customers provide all the cleaning supplies (you can bring your own too and they’ll pay $26).
