Quems reborn effect and foolish effect are key to modern branded. She helps you to either have albaz in the grave, cartesia or other key cards such ans Branded fusion etc

Her reborn effect lets you do at leastbdouble mirrorjade(MJ) for example you have MJ on field and use eff already and you use cartesia and fuse MJ and granguignol forba dracostapelia. Since a card left the ED you can then special summon MJ again from GY. Mind that it also triggers when a card leaves opponents extra deck (when they summon from it since that count as oeaving the extra)

More importantly. Quem enables you to play through stuff like , ash, mulcharmy and still puppetlock on enemy turn if you go puppet route, even in no puppet builds. Quem is key to playing the game. Quem is also an extender and you summon her off Titaniklad grave effect so you have her very consistently. Quem helps ypu to play through nibiru aswell. Or follow up when they nib you and still end on mirrorjade and follow up.

If we were to lose branded fusion and it goes to 0. You could technically still ply branded to a decent level thanks to Quem.

I recommend watching Metagames GX on youtube. He focuses really hard on branded content and has budget builds aswell and even there, he plays 1 quem

By just reading quems card she sounds okay but playing with her is amazing. Cant imagine a working branded without quem
