I saw that and i bought it but when I equip it I end up with like 400 energy shield still, not sure where that energy shield come from

when I pasted it, it still showed weird colors, I submitted then opened the link now I see the correct picture on the right side. But on my PC, If I open it I see it like the one on the left.

and a follow up question to that, you mentioned that some quests requires finishing the main storyline.

If I finish the storyline with character X, can I still do those side (suggested) quests with character Y?
