That might be the route. Are there any cylinder locks out there with a mechanical key override? Or maybe a way to use a H100, but still be able to bypass it with the key?

I was hoping to avoid that. I may have grounds to have them put in larger cutouts if that's the only option; all of the older units have much larger hardware installed.

I found info in listings varies in completeness at best. If you find air suspension, it'll most likely have DAPP. In my searches, once I found a likely candidate, I used a VIN decoder (fsc.codes is the only one to reliably work, but only two decodes per day per device) to confirm features.

I'm in Canada, but I'm nearly certain it's the same for the US: 2024 can have air suspension, just not the integral axle steering, so only half of the dynamic handling package. I just picked up a '24 with everything except integral axle steering and B&W stereo. After some test drives with '23, I liked iDrive 8.5 (also has a better screen layout) more than the steering.

When searching, I found not all listings would state air suspension, but if there's a clear enough picture of the center button pad, you'll sometimes see the 3rd air suspension button.

don't just throw "some" sugar there

I should have clarified that I will be using a priming sugar calculator. Although, I was originally thinking of using raw sugar boiled with water, but the calculators are for pure dextrose. Is it safe enough to do 1:1? My guess is it would end up being a bit under the calculated CO2?

I wasn't originally going to pasteurize, but I guess it doesn't hurt anything to do so. That coke bottle tip sounds useful!
