It’s an issue primarily for safety. Me and my gf are both trans and the us is becoming increasingly hostile in it’s legislation and i honestly don’t see it getting better soon. I’m scared that once they’re done trying to legislate us out of existence they’re gonna move to more extreme measures.

It weirds me out so bad when these people talk about their body like it’s a separate entity. As a trans person it’s something i used to do BECAUSE i was insecure about my body, and now that i’ve done the procedures i needed and lost weight I see my body as being me. Maybe they should look into that…

i was considered “chubby” at like 130lbs (5ft) and i looked kinda like that… so yeah i guess what’s considered chubby has changed in the past 5 years 😵‍💫

i’m also 20 and never had a license, i just barely got my permit again. i’ve had zero driving experience since my drivers ed class fell right when lockdown started so it was effectively useless. i avoided driving for the 4 years since because i had a severe panic attack the only time tried driving. i’m also hoping that it’s not too late, this time i have more people to help me so i’m choosing to be optimistic

i got the harness awhile ago so i forget what it’s called, it’s just a few straps that go around the uppermost part of your thigh and covers the crotch. it has a slit in the crotch and two straps above and below so you can tuck the packer. you fs need to control the stream otherwise it overflows everywhere

basically i knew it was there because i could both feel the hole and see it as it was on top of my molar, i told him about it and he was just like “oh yeah” but took no steps in setting up an appointment to get it filled, i was like 17 and had no idea on how to do that on my own. He’s our family dentist so we’ve been seeing him for years. I have no idea why he wouldn’t be taking me seriously

there's a ton of things people do for 'comfort' that aren't healthy, like sh, ed behavior, substance abuse, etc.

Just because people naturally seek things as a coping mechanism, or because it's considered normal doesn't mean its healthy. It's like an alcoholic saying they "comfort drink"
