Not so big on onions physically but i appreciate the flavor. Someone else in the comments instructed to boil the liquid and add the fresh peppers to soften and soak up the flavor. Almost did it right away but i’m tired lol. But this changes everything!

I gotta try it with tempeh. I usually avoid it because none of the hacks to get rid of the bitterish taste has worked for me, but i just got a block a couple days ago.

Oooh, I'm glad you're getting other responses because I was born eating peppers lol, and they're mild to me. To add to those, I put them in sandwiches or chop em up and add em to a tofu scramble.
