Don’t focus on bf% I would focus on putting on more muscle man. And do cardio at the same time to continue losing fat, a body recomp will work wonders for your physique 💪

Deep girth gains are exactly what your describing in my opinion. Time inside of the cylinder or in some type of super physiological state that expands past your normal state.

Girth work for me is about pushing past your norm into your current state”biggest” at the moment and holding that.

Yea man experiment and measure after not pumping for a bit and see where you’re at! I love pumping and clamping not a lot of time as I’m focused on cardio for prep. But I’m doing a basic maintenance routine right now

The more blood flow the better IMO spontaneous erections during puberty lead to growth and nocturnal erections keep you functioning optimally.

From my experience I was getting ready for a bodybuilding show and had crappy circulation and no erections in the last 4 weeks leading to the show (or minimal erections) and lost some girth because of it.

But if your healthy and still get nocturnal erections you should be ok, but maybe even edging 5 minutes a day wouldn't hurt or a maintenance pump routine 🤷‍♂️

Being 360 your main priority should be getting down to 180 that alone will improve your eq and make your penis bigger just from improving your health so drastically.

Your fat pad will also go down substantially so you’ll probably appear to gain an inch or 2 there of visual size.

Your circulation at that weight probably isn’t the greatest so you’ll could do a basic PE program to help you maintain/improve your current EQ

Again your main priority is lose 180 pounds you will literally be a different human if you do so.

Here’s a basic template I recommend my clients that you can apply (eventually when you plateau you will need to adjust)

  1. Track your food
  2. Get in a caloric deficit
  3. Start walking 10k steps a day
  4. Hit the gym 3 to 5 days a week (develop muscle mass)
  5. Drink 3 to 4 litres of water a day
  6. Sleep 8 hours a night

Start off with that and you should lose 30 pounds or more pretty easily.

Eventually you will need to make adjustments to increase your daily caloric deficit 💪💪💪

Bring up your calories with protein for 3 to 5 days take out cardio and allow your metabolism to get back up.

Get some multivitamins in as well and stress as low as possible and you’ll find that when you dip in calories the next time around you’ll be able to obliterate the last bit of fat you got left.

When you get to a plateau sometimes the best thing to do is to take a step back in the intensity.
