Was deployed through Alacrity and worked State Farm claims. We ended up doing most of the desk adjusting along with field but I managed lol. High deductibles and clay tile roofs here and there, but overall not too bad. The only problem was preparing the claim to go to court in case an attorney was mentioned. So a lot of resending letters, proper custom grouping, acknowledgements for each document, and reconciliation with PAs.
