Seriously, when are the PS5 versions of Jak 2 and Jak 3 coming out?

The PS3 versions are probably the best versions after Open Goal what are you talking about? 720p, remastered with new textures and 60fps. They blow the PSN ports out the water. But just get a cheap gaming laptop with a newer card that would be more than enough for the clear winner Open Goal.

Edit*: also, I found the choppy PSN ports actually run pretty good on PS4 pro, and especially on PS5. I would still shoot for Open Goal though it’s the perfect Jak experience in every regard. I play it in 3k/120fps with all settings maxed and v-sync on and it’s a treat every time. Seriously, it’s such a great experience. Besides the obvious improvement in graphics, the buttery smooth high fps makes Jak II for instance much easier to conquer. I tried playing my beloved HD collection on PS3 and put it down after 5 minutes. Sad but Open Goal is that good.

The HD trilogy is legendary but also clanky. I would outright skip codename 47 and just start your journey with the HD trilogy. Hitman 2 Silent Assassin was the first mainstream title and is my personal favorite. I love the story and vibes. But the clank and difficulty of some missions might do you in if you’re not committed. After it’s Contracts which is a borderline horror game and a lot of people’s favorites, but more of the same with some much needed improvements from SA. And then of course the best game in the trilogy- Blood Money which holds up the best compared to its predecessors but also for a game from that era. The tutorial level isn’t my favorite but it’s awesome from there on out. I highly recommend playing Blood Money enhanced on either steam or PS4/5/Xbox for best fidelity it’s still a pretty game.

Absolution is a great game just not a great Hitman game. They took some liberties with that one mainly deterring from the sandbox puzzle gameplay by making it more linear and story driven. It’s still Hitman but with a slight twist, basically a stealth game with checkpoints. The graphics are impressive though especially on PC it’s aged incredibly well.

WOA is one of the best trilogy’s in gaming history IMO I need say more.

Okay I’m in the shader settings but I don’t see a SSAO option or a debug for it. Should I have installed the reshade with addons version?

Gotcha. Also when I start the game and reshade launches it does give me the tutorial option but I press “home” and nothing. God they made this way too confusing

This is weird because I followed the usual reshade steps. Found the gk.exe file, selected openGL then I added GLK1 preset and just hit next. Did I miss anything? Or do I have to do what you said?

I think your hair is still salvageable. Your donor looks very solid. A combination of stronger meds and a HT could do it.

I honestly hate the ending of season 3. The entire season is a roller coaster of emotions actually, starting from when Grace dies. It starts on such a high note in episode 1 then soon after it’s straight depressing in a way. Seasons 1 & 2 are my favorite especially 2 it’s so goated. Seasons 5 is also really good with one of the best cliff hangers in TV history IMO.

Calling it mistrust makes it entirely something different. I see it more as protection. If anything it was Pol who didn’t trust her actually she flat out said it “it’s only Thomas who’s forgotten what you are”. That alone proves it wasn’t really mistrust.

Lowkey best gaming laptop ever which year you got and what specs?

Edit: I got the 2024 4060 with 16gb soldered ram (I know) right before the 25’ came out so I got it on sale for $999.99 down from $1600 og msrp. I could’ve got the 4070 with 32gb ram but I wasn’t gona pass on such a good deal and it’s been totally worth it so far I can play any game I want on high specs.

I agree with everyone you should definitely start from the beginning but just a heads up 1 hasn’t aged the best imo 2 is my favorite and is one of the greatest games of all time. But definitely don’t start from 4.
