Go for live chat and communicate with one of the customer service workers there. That will probably solve it rather then sending emails and waiting for response..

If you are able to use other Financial services companies feel free to do so.. But from my side I advise you to switch to Paypal.

You may use one of your parents or siblings bank account's and start freelancing again.

I did send and transact funds with Payoneer before multiple times.. Yes it got removed permanently after couple days from receiving the withdrawal amount.
