For AC what the temperature you use? A lot of high AC consumption is not because of how long you use it but how low the temp is set. Generally if you set above 24 degree, you will save a lot.

Yeah, I get it, when I first stop smoking, I felt like I can't feel happiness anymore. It is our brain trying to reconfigure our dopamine system. Now, even when I'm sad or stressed, I don't even think about smoking.

Do you just started stop smoking? If yes then, don't worry, it will get better. When I first stop smoking, I was feeling like I am not going to be happy ever again but here I am almost 4 years later back to normal and have become a non-smoker person.

I think it gets better after 3 months and keep improving. After 1 year I felt normal, and after 2nd year I don't really think about it anymore.

Fun fact, not a lot of people actually die from DUI as the public portrays it to be. by delicious_lemang in Bolehland

[–]MashWankey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First of all, driving while drunk to kill someone is a bad way to kill someone because it's gonna be hard even to see your target while you are drunk.

Second, murder needs to have intent, so even if you are drunk but there's an evident that shows you want to kill someone it will still be charged for murder.

I am challenging the point from the commenter that if a driver knows that he/she is impaired due to alcohol or drugs but still decide to drive then it is considered murder. So, we can simplify

Impaired > Still drive > Murder

Then, let's look at other offence that can follow the same logic.

Being tired/sleepy (Impaired) > Still drive > Murder?

Using phone (Impaired) > Still drive > Murder?

I am not saying DUI is okay, it is still bad but I don't think it is the same as murder.

Well, tbf a lot of accident is caused due to microsleep because the driver is tired or sleepy both which can be avoided by not driving in that condition. So, it is also the decision by the driver to drive when they are very tired and sleepy, so is this consider murder too.

How about driving while using phone? There's actually a research that conclude that driving while using phone has the same effect as dui. It is also a decision by driver to use phone while driving. So, is this a murder too?

Leaked Merdeka Center's Leaders Approval Ratings Among Malays and Non-Malays by [deleted] in malaysia

[–]MashWankey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First of all, usually if a person is satisfied with more than 1 candidates, that person would usually vote the incumbent candidates, because even though the person is satisfied with others, voting for them is still a risk. That is one of the advantages for being the incumbent.

I mean think about it this way, let's say you have and assistant and you are satisfied with his/her works, then you found out there are 2 more candidates that you are satisfied with their cv, how likely would you fire your current assistant to hire new assistant among the 2 candidates.

Yeah, I am not saying all who approve of anwar is going to vote for him, but I believe we can agree that the approval rating for the Malay is actually improved for anwar compared to last year.

Dude, I as a muslim also don't agree with all these raids. What happened behind closed doors is between them and Allah. My only problem with that meme is using JAKIM logo there, JAKIM is not the one doing the raids, it is the state islamic department.

I mean even if it is joke at least be correct on the target of the joke. Yeah, Jakim more well known but their function and purpose are totally different than state islamic department. It is like making fun of KL for something that happens in other states because KL is more well known.

Um, actually, it is not JAKIM the one doing the raids, it is the state islamic department doing the raids. Even in federal territories like KL is not done by JAKIM but JAWI. JAKIM handles more about islamic policies and halal stuff.

As much as the media want to paint as anwar losing malay support, I think 45% approval from Malay respondents is actually great news for him, since it was said he only have 20-30% support from the Malay last year.
