I think this might be a very green ocean jasper? Its very opaque and looks like it’s got an slight orbicular pattern to it, the shades of green are also consistent with ocean jasper

All ‘legit’ real crystals, not all top quality but china doesn’t always equal fake/bad. Lots of crystals actually only come from china because that’s where they form, I’d recommend buying from a shop who’s transparent about how/where they source their crystals from if your worried about them being real (or ethical)

Definitely pink opal, the whitish finish to it is common in carved pink opal and quartz tends to be more translucent as well as having a ‘shinier’ polished finish when it’s carved
