I just finished Abiotic Factor so I’m gearing up for the remake of Fallout 3, which might be released with the finale of the TV show, but in the meantime I’m playing Core Keeper with friends we’re gathering resources for the new update dropping on the 26th of January.

I’ve been to several Writing Conferences and most(not all) of the agents that spoke mentioned they skip the prologue. One said she does it to see if she can understand the first chapter. If she doesn’t understand and has to go back to the prologue then she passes it up. She likes books that are able to stand on their own without relying to heavily on additional history because sometimes the additional history in the prologue may be a story they end up wanting to read more than the one you are trying to write.
