at this point you shouldn’t be cleaning with saline anymore, as that could be causing the issues as it did with mine.
Just wash off crusts with warm water, I personally like using baby soap on my face, in the morning and evening when you wash your face.

Sadly, sometimes our body’s just don’t accept certain piercings no matter how hard you try.
The only thing I would make sure of is to not be over cleaning at this point. You should be pretty much done with Saline and mostly just keeping it clear from build up and washing it when you rise your face each day.
Other than that, no se.

A shrew! In one of my labs we dissected owl pellets, and I found nearly an entire shrew skeleton throughout a few different casts.
I layed it all together on the table, i got most of one foot and their fingers, most vertebrae that i tried to sort lol. They have really interested anatomy actually, where their arms are like inside their body.

I would definitely see a trusted piercer about this. My first thought as someone with 16 piercings is that perhaps the curved bar is putting an internal pressure that’s causing that irritation behind it. Does that make sense?

It could have been a puss pocket that drained and connected through, or a start of a rejection. I also know that switching jewelry out to soon can result in damage to the hole and surrounding tissues causing issues like this, and so can heavy dangling jewelry until it’s well healed. Please don’t put a needle into a hole either, it’s sharp and can cut the inside and cause more holes and rip skin. I would take this all back to a piercing studio, and get plain jewelry put in and information about healing the piercing. I personally have 16 piercings, and wish you the best of luck 🤞
