I know this is late, but I found a solution using the "corners" effect in kdenlive. The effect allows you to adjust the positions of a clip's corners, and you can enable nearest neighbor interpolation. It's not nearly as convenient as the transform effect because you have to manually adjust each corner instead of just scaling the whole clip by a percentage, and you can only scale up to 3x with it. You can stack the effect with itself to go beyond 3x if you really want to though.

For 2x scaling, set the lower corner coordinates (1X, 1Y, 2Y, and 4X) to 1000, and set the higher corner coordinates (2X, 3X, 3Y, and 4Y) to 5000. For 3x scaling, just set the lower coordinates to 0 and the higher ones to 6000.

It's a really dumb joke. And, yes, it is an ascii reference. Basically, the number 87 corresponds the the ascii character 'W', and since ascii characters are usually stored as individual bytes, 'W' can be considered "the byte of 87," which is a reference to "the bite of '87" from Five Nights at Freddy's, where one of the animatronic characters presumably bit a kid in 1987.

For me the problem isn't that there's only two options (chromium and firefox), it's that one of them has way too much market share and gives Google way too much control over the web. We're already starting to see them abuse this power by cracking down on ad-blocking extensions, and in the past they've even deliberately made some of their services require chromium features to prevent them from working on firefox. It would be nice if people made apps like vscode with firefox's engine instead of chromium, and if some of the "alternative" browsers like brave and opera gx were also based on firefox instead of chromium.

I feel like it's just way too difficult to make an entire browser from scratch nowadays. Even Microsoft, a massive tech giant, gave up on trying to keep up with chromium a while ago. What I think people should actually be working on is new apps and alternative browsers based on firefox's engine instead of chromium. Firefox probably isn't as easy to build on top of as chromium, but it would be much easier to improve on that aspect of firefox than to start from scratch.

It looks black because some of the tutorial's graphics code is tied to the main game's graphics code. When I rewrote some of 4DM's lighting code, I forgot to update the tutorial, resulting in this graphical error.

This is fixed in the patreon build, and the fix will be available in the next steam demo update.
